Yann Allemann, the founder of the on-chain analysis platform Glassnode, spoke about what could happen after the Bitcoin (BTC) halving.
With less than a month left until the Bitcoin halving, Yann Allemann, the founder of Glassnode, made a statement.
Allemann, who has historically revealed the price movements after Bitcoin halving, emphasized that a serious rise occurs after each halving.
The normal BTC cycle shows us that the BTC price should rise strongly after the Halving.
So, how much will we see a rise this time? And what will a possible stagnation do to the Bitcoin price?
After the 2012 halving, Bitcoin rose 91 times, after the 2016 halving, it rose 33 times, and after the 2020 halving, it rose 6 times. Most of these rises were spread over months-long periods.
The next Bitcoin halving is expected to take place on April 20, 2024.
