The Bitcoin (BTC) whale took advantage of the recent declines once again by making millions of dollars in purchases.
According to data conveyed by the on-chain analysis platform Lookonchain, the Bitcoin whale took action on April 14th and translated the declines into a buying opportunity.
The data revealed that the whale bought 244 BTC worth 16 million dollars on April 14th. The same whale has purchased Bitcoin 3 times since December 1, 2023, including the last purchase. In the 5-month period, the whale bought 915 BTC worth 59 million dollars.
When it made its first purchase in early December, the price was at $35,000. Then, on January 12, 2024, it made a purchase again at a cost of $42,000. After each purchase, there was an increase in the price of Bitcoin.
According to CoinGecko data, Bitcoin, which lost 4.7% in the last 24 hours, is trading at $63,300 at the time of writing.
