Super Sushi Samurai (SSS), a Blast-based Telegram game, suffered major damage due to a system vulnerability.

One of the popular Telegram games in recent times, Super Sushi Samurai, witnessed a catastrophic downfall due to a system bug allowing investors to double their money. However, this vulnerability went unnoticed by the team until it was exploited.

An attacker who noticed this vulnerability before the team decided to send his own money back to himself, effectively doubling his balance. He repeated this process multiple times, managing to drain a large portion of SSS.

These rapidly unfolding chain of events led to the attacker exploiting the project’s native token and selling the acquired assets in the liquidity pool (LP) for $4.6 million, resulting in a 99% devaluation of the local token, SSS.

An official statement through the project’s social media account said:

We got rugged due to a mint linked issue. We are still investigating the code. Tokens were minted and sold to LP.
