An intelligent whale deposited $87.6 million worth of Solana (SOL) to the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange, Binance, in a single day.
According to a Twitter post by the on-chain analytical platform Lookonchain on March 14, a smart whale deposited a massive amount of Solana to Binance.
The post stated that the whale had bought $67.92 million worth of Solana at an average price of $77, acquiring 534,000 SOL at that time.
Later, the investor deposited 711,000 SOL worth $106 million at an average price of $150 to Binance. As a result of these transactions, the whale’s total profit amounted to $38.7 million.
Solana, one of last year’s most bullish altcoins, is once again experiencing significant increases in value.
According to CoinGecko data, SOL has experienced a 23% price increase in the last week, reaching $173 at the time of writing.
