A crypto investor made millions of dollars yesterday as one of the first to buy the new meme coin on the market.
The crypto market was focused on the Solana-based meme coin PUNDU, which was released on March 26. A whale using a sniper bot made millions of dollars as one of the first to buy PUNDU.
According to data provided by the on-chain analysis platform Lookonchain, the whale made a $3.3 million purchase as soon as the liquidity for PUNDU was added thanks to the bot software they used.
Just 20 minutes later, they sold all of their PUNDU assets for $7.4 million. The profit made by the whale in less than half an hour was recorded as $4.1 million.
Released by DAO Maker and criticized for the delayed “claim” process, PUNDU lost over 50% of its value when claim processes started hours later than planned.
