An early investor in Ethereum took action after 1.12 years and deposited $3.5 million worth of ETH into Kraken.
On-chain data account Spot On Chain shared transfers for the sale made by the pre-sale investor who bought Ethereum at $0.31.
The whale transferred 1,069 ETH worth 3.56 million dollars to the crypto exchange Kraken, with an average of $3,329 per token. The investor had purchased 12,556 ETH in July 2015 at a cost of $0.31. The whale, who took action in 2017, had distributed their Ethereums to 12 different wallets. They had moved 4,846 ETH to Kraken and Gemini crypto exchanges at levels around $1,637.
The whale currently holds 7,719 Ethereum in 8 wallets, with a total value of $25.7 million.
According to CoinGecko data, Ethereum’s price has risen by 1.8% in the last 24 hours and is currently trading at $3,322.
